Welcome to the City of Greensboro Annexation Viewer. The colored areas on the map (at the edge of the existing Greensboro City Limit) are the areas that were approved for annexation.

Zoning Information: Zoning labels will appear on the map after Zooming-in to a location or an address. The black labels indicate the Proposed Original Zoning for the annexation areas. The red labels indicate the current county zoning. To gather more information on Zoning for an Annexation area, use the “Identify” to click on a Zoning polygon.

Quick Start: To find an address select the “Find Address” button above; or, if you know the approximate location of the address you can use the map window and navigation buttons to “Zoom-In” , “Zoom-Out” and “Pan” to your point of interest. You can use the “Identify” to click on a feature and get more information. Parcels within the Annexation Study Area may be identified and the "Phase" field indicates the type of annexation as either City or petition initiated.

Tips: As you zoom closer into the map more layers will display automatically. You can toggle layers on and off by clicking on the “Layers” button above and “checking” or “un-checking” a layer.
